SayeBrook Residential Association
Investing in the SayeBrook Lifestyle
SayeBrook, located in unincorporated Horry County, marks the area's first Traditional Neighborhood Development. As SayeBrook expands, it plans to integrate sidewalks, parks, and other amenities to foster a strong sense of community, reminiscent of traditional small South Carolina towns. These distinctive features are financed through membership in the SayeBrook Residential Association, which operates under a Community Charter designed for sustainable neighborhood upkeep and enhancement. This investment ensures the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the SayeBrook community, enriching its overall appeal and quality of life.
The SayeBrook Residential Association is managed by Waccamaw Management, LLC. Residents utilize the Town Square Community Management App to: access association documents, communicate with your management team, manage your account, make online payments, apply for landscaping and architectural modifications, make amenity reservations, and get up-to-date news and alerts from the POA.
